Revolving pedestrian doors - AMPLA

AMPLA is a range of DC operated, 2 section automatic revolving doors with side windows and provision for opening the straight moving wings.
AMPLA is available with the following diameters: 
3600 mm - 4200 mm - 4800 mm - 5400 mm.
The opening height is fixed at 2200 mm for all models (greater heights, up to 2700 mm, are available on request).
The opening height is variable, ranging from 1600 mm up to 2500 mm, the standard roof measures 300 mm (higher measurements, up to 900 mm, are available on request).

The door consists of three basic structures:
- one fixed supporting structure,
- one moving structure,
- one upper structure. 

The fixed supporting structure is made from DITEC Pam 35 series aluminium profiles suitably curved to fit the
required diameters and featuring internal steel tubular reinforcements.
The curved glass panels are made from 5+5 mm thick glass with 0.76 mm PVB or 24/25 mm double glazing.
The structure is fixed to the floor by means of anchor plugs or over a steel ring previously fixed to the floor. 

The moving structure is made of galvanised steel and is fixed to an aluminium ring which rotates thanks to the
operation of the gear motor wheels positioned underneath it.
The moving wings and the side glass panels are fixed to the middle structure and are entirely made of a DITEC Pam 35 aluminium profile: the chamber glass panels are 4+4 mm thick with 0.76 mm PVB. The moving wing outermost uprights are fitted as standard with suitable synthetic material brushes and passive ribs, to avoid heat loss, ingress of dust and the danger of shearing against the structure during the revolving action of the door. 

The upper structure includes the automation roof, where the following components are housed:
gear motors, electromagnetic brakes, electronic panel, encoder, rotating contacts supplying power to the accessories, magnetic sensors controlling the door position, radar or other devices, safety block, batteries, antipanic system and any courtesy lights.
The structure is made of a tubular steel frame, rigidly anchored on the upper fixed structure in order to form a single, sturdy unit, entirely covered by a painted sheet metal perimeter band.
The automation roof (covering) is made up of different sections for easy maintenance from the inside.All the safety controls are easily accessible and are all confined to only 3 preset positions. 
The automation is supplied in all the RAL colours or in the various 15micron anodised versions (20 micron available on request).
The automation is fitted as standard with 2 glass openable panels fitted in the moving structure with a 50 kg
maximum load each, as well as 2 openable central moving wings.
An led indicates that all the locks are fully closed.

Main features
Exeo is a line of doors with circular structure, with internal revolving wings, available in manual or automatic version, with identical structural part.
The wings in manual version are push-operated while in the automatic version, operation is by means of a gear motor located in the top part of the structure.

Available door diameters are:

• 1800 mm - 2000 mm - 2200 mm - 2400 mm
• 2600 mm - 2800 mm - 3000 mm - 3200 mm
• 3400 mm - 3600 mm - 3800 mm - 4000 mm

Standard heights are:

• of access opening 2200 mm,
• of roof 190 mm,
• total 2390 mm.

The basic version, both manual and automatic, features:

• 3 or 4 wings
• 5+5 mm curved outer glass panels
• 4+4 mm wing glass panels
• standard RAL colour finish or in anodised aluminium.

The automatic basic version, besides the features of the manual version, also has 2 anti-shearing sensors.
The door consists of three fundamental structures:

• one fixed supporting structure,
• one moving structure,
• one upper part.

The fixed supporting structure is made using aluminium profiles of the DITEC Pam 35 series, with curvature that varies according to the required diameters.
The curved glazing is made of unbreakable glass (5+5 mm) with 0.75 mm PVB.
The structure is fastened to the floor by means of special anchors.
The moving structure consists of a central coated-steel supporting unit fastened rigidly to the floor.
The 3 or 4 wings, fastened to the central support, are made of Pam 35 aluminium profile and 4+4 mm unbreakable glass with 0.38 mm PVB.
They are made so that, in case of accidental breakage of a glass panel, this can be very easily replaced.
